RENAISSANCE World Tour Review

She started the concert singing “I Love You” and then proved it for nearly three heart pounding, scream & tear inducing hours of sonic and visual EXCELLENCE, the likes of which have never been seen until Beyonce's Renaissance World Tour!!!! 

And I was blessed to be transformed by the experience TWICE in Vancouver B.C. and Seattle (and under the Virgo New Moon no less!) with a group of rotating Bad Bitches along for the whole ride. I will never be the same, physically, emotionally, spiritually. This has felt like a week-long ceremony  & celebration in self love, acceptance, community and SURRENDER to the joy & “let looseness” that lives in each and every one of us. Beyonce truly is a Master of Ceremony and one of the greatest artists of all time.

The hype is real, believe it and then multiply it by 100!!

Everyone was Chromed Out and Turned Up! The crowd had such beautiful, warm energy, I haven’t seen wall to wall genuine smiles like that in a very long time. Truly, it does something to a human….

The choreography/dancers and the band were like…I just, honestly I’m just going to keep repeating the same words and superlatives lol.

Everyone and every detail was top tier!!! 

The level of intention around inclusivity was revolutionary (body-ody for days! pregnant trumpet player! baby Blue Ivy!). The Renaissance Album and the Tour have been chock-full of beautiful jewels of Queer, Black and Women’s stories, messaging around unity and acceptance and the fire and determination to keep moving forward, head held high, in our power, WITH LOVE AND FABULOSITY.

It’s a stunning show, truly a classic SPECTACULAR. The production and plan was genius level, it was masterfully executed and it was boots-the-house down 10, 10, 10, TENS ACROSS THE Board. Make that 20’s bitch cuz mama saw it twiiiiice yaaaaaasss!!!!!

I really felt seen in a sea of thousands. Beyonce and this community created that space. It felt healing and communal and felt like the “chosen family” reunion we’ve all been waiting for.

The best part was, it felt like Home.
