Turns Out: IUD insertion was painful AF

I remember gasping for my breath, when I got my IUD* put in.

I fainted in and out of consciousness and felt what I can only describe as full body nausea. I was confused and completely overwhelmed by the pain.

Multiple recent conversations confirm it's possible that a lot of people have a similar shared experience. Did anyone else have a journey like this?

Every time someone goes, "Oh my god, me too!!" I feel the traumatic energy of that day heal into these beautiful moments of connection.

Feeling deep gratitude today for the deeply healing feminine energies of Connection & Understanding that live in every body.

 (*An IUD is a form of birth control that is implanted in the uterus. It is on the shamefully short list  of hormone free options available.)
