RESET: A Breathwork & Sound Bath Ceremony with SHY Wellness
Our time in this workshop will be spent connecting with our breath and creating space within. When we connect with our breath we can enjoy the peace outside the hamster wheel of our thoughts.
The session will open with a breath “warm up” to prepare us for a Breathwork Ceremony. The Conscious Connected, or two part breath pattern you'll learn, can create a catalyst for transformation and deep healing.
Following our Breathwork Ceremony we shift into a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath where your body can rest and integrate the work. Giving ourselves the opportunity to release what no longer serves us, recalibrate, and begin anew is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. If you’re looking for a Reset, this space may be for you!
Suggested Items To Bring:
Yoga mat/thick pad/blanket(s)
Something to rest your head on (pillow, bolster, towel, article of clothing)
Water/hydration
Journal
Sacred Items to charge on the altar (crystals, meaningful tokens, stones, etc)
Eye mask, ear plugs, clothing layers (for sensory management)
*Sound baths do not involve water or getting wet*
