Women in Woo: A Day at The Spa

Join a group of amazing women for a day of community, inspiration and deep relaxation. We’ll be getting our self-care on at the large & lovely Ladywell’s Spa in Greenwood. The space will be privately rented over four hours and you’re welcome to arrive/depart on your own flow (or stay all 4 hours!). If you are drawn to the woo woo, consciousness/healing arts space or just simply need a refresh, ya betta sign up! When we choose to take care of ourselves, let go and FEEL GOOD, amazing things happen, ideas and creativity are unleashed. Also, sometimes you just need to cackle with the hens!

What saying YES could look like:

-Soak & steam away physical stress, emotional tension and spiritual blocks (hot & cold pools, cedar sauna, infared pink salt sauna and steam room)

-10 minute meditation/singing bowl session at the top of every hour (In the cozy tea lounge, optional)

-Reset your system with cleansing foods and water

-Practice  silence, sharing and listening with others

-Connect with old friends and make new ones

-Experience nakedness around others

Ticket Price Includes: Entry, 2 Towels, whole food snacks, herbal tea, filtered water (bring your non-glass bottles) and a locker with key.

Hot Tips:

-No Glass

-There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash at the spa. Bring a cozy set of clothes to get into after.

-Nudity encouraged but not required

-This event is private, all guests must purchase tickets in advance and check in at the front desk

-Feel free to bring a health conscious lunch, no alcohol permitted

-Feel free to bring your books/mags, crystals, decks, sketchpads…electronic devices kick it in the locker
